Meeting (PIM) No. 1
May 5, 2020
Due to COVID-19 concerns, PIM No. 1 is planned to be shared via webinar on May 5, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pre‑registration for the webinar is required. To register, please contact Cooper Engineering at 715-234-7008 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) to request an invitation to the virtual meeting. Cooper will request your contact information and provide you with a link to the virtual meeting on May 5th. If you do not have access to a computer/internet connection, there will be an audio–only option that can be accessed by telephone.

Stakeholder Meetings
A Stakeholder is a party who is interested in a specific resource, a neighboring property owner, or a person/agency who has the potential to be affected by the proposed project.
In addition to the Public Information Meetings, stakeholders will be contacted in the future to discuss the proposed project. These stakeholder meetings will be held with the individual owner or party and representatives of the project team, consisting of Cooper Engineering representative(s), WisDOT-Bureau of Aeronautics representative(s), and/or Airport Commission representative(s). There may be several individual stakeholder meetings as the project develops. At these meetings, we will discuss project goals, various project alternatives to meet those goals, potential impacts, and stakeholder concerns.
Cooper Engineering, WIS-BOA and airport Commission representatives will be in Cable on Friday, June 26, 2020, and Monday, July 6, 2020, to meet with stakeholders.
